Our cats, Jose (l) and Junior (r) watch rabbits play in the garden outside our dining room window.

Fledgling Phoebes wait for Mom and Dad in the nest built against our front porch wall.
This kiddie racoon stops on our driveway to gnosh.
In the Grand Tetons this May (2008), my first critter action shot captured this ground squirrel (l) in mid-scratch. I don't count the marmot (r) as an action shot.  He came out onto the trail and posed for us.
Then there were the moose.  We were very lucky to see several of these shy creatures.  A baby moose (near left) snacks on greening plants while Momma Moose (far left) watches from shelter of taller vegetation.
A day or so later, I snapped the close up of a bull moose dining on shoots.
